[01] What this is
I come to your office. Two hours, at your desk, 1‑on‑1. You show me the software, portals and apps you use to run your day. I show you how to get AI to use them, and you watch AI do the work for you. Just you and me, getting AI working for you.
Everyone else selling AI to brokers sells you a course, a subscription, or software. I sell two hours of my time, and what we set up is yours. I spent eight years brokering freight at TQL, so you won’t spend the first hour explaining what a rate con is.
I’m based in Houston, Texas and I work on‑site with freight brokers across the Greater Houston area.
[02] Why in person
You’ve probably already tried the other version. Somebody sends a login, there are eleven modules, you watch two of them at 9pm, and nothing in your business changes.
The reason sitting down together works better is boring: your day is specific. Your shippers format tenders their own way. Your TMS works how it works. You’ve got workarounds you’ve never written down. None of that fits a generic lesson, and all of it matters when the thing has to work on Monday.
And by the end you’re the one driving it. Not watching a demo — your screen, your files, your logins. There’s nothing to hand off and nobody to train afterward.
[03] The session
Before I arrive we’ve had a fifteen‑minute call, so I already know roughly where your time is going and which part of your day we’re attacking first.
Then, in your office: we pick the tasks eating the most hours, get AI working on your real work, and you run it yourself before I leave.
You’re not buying software from me. I don’t have a platform and there’s nothing to renew with me. I’ll point you at the AI I use myself and you set it up under your own account, in your name. There’s a free tier you can start on; if you run this every day you’ll move to a paid plan of your own, paid to them. I don’t resell it and I don’t take a cut.
That’s the part people get wrong about this. You’re paying me for two hours and what you learn in them. Everything else stays yours.

I’m based in Houston, so this is a drive for me, not a flight. I can be at your office first thing in the morning and there’s no travel on your invoice.
If you’re outside that ring but within driving distance, ask. I’d rather tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense than turn it into a negotiation.

Freight brokers already running freight who are tired of working nights and weekends to keep up. You know where your hours are going — the retyping, the chasing, the copy-paste between systems — and you’ve suspected for a while there’s a faster way to handle it.
People who want to become a freight broker. I don’t teach licensing, authority, or how to get started in the industry — Houston has several schools for that and they’ll serve you better than I will. This is for brokers already running freight.
It’s also not a software sale. I don’t have a platform and I don’t resell anyone else’s. The AI account is yours, in your name, and the work happens in the systems you already run your day on.
